When they ask AI who should do the floors

People ask who installs hardwood, who can replace a failed vinyl floor, or who will look at a soft spot before new boards go down. A company that says flooring and never names a material is hard to recommend.

Newly installed hardwood flooring in an empty room

The material is the question

The asks are hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl, tile, carpet, a stairs refinish, or a repair after a leak. People ask whether you move appliances, how long a room is out of use, and whether you fix the subfloor or only cover it. Landlords ask about durable floors for a rental. Someone matching existing boards asks if you repair or only replace. If you do not do tile or carpet, say that.

Show the work and the schedule

List the materials you install and refinish. Name the towns. Explain how a measure is booked. Publish hours and a phone that matches Google. Say what a homeowner should do before install day. Photos should be your installs, labeled by material in the page text, not only in an image an assistant cannot read. The business name on the estimate and the profile should be the same.

Repairs and full replacements

A squeak, a water-stained board, and a whole-house install are different pages. Reviews that mention a material, a timeline, or a careful install in an occupied house are useful. Do not promise a lifetime result. An old product line you no longer carry should leave the site so people are not sent for it.

Materials change

Sigma keeps the flooring record current so you are named for the floors you still install. Citations start at $99 a month. Be the answer is $249 a month. Lead generation and advertising each start at $5,000 a month.

The material and the day the room is empty

Hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, carpet, stairs, and a leak repair are different jobs. List yours. Say whether you move appliances and how long a kitchen is out of use. Subfloor repair is either in the bid or it is a surprise. Match-and-repair of a few boards is not a whole-house install. Name the towns. A measure appointment should say how it is booked. Photos need words next to them that name the material, because an assistant cannot infer oak from an image alone. The estimate and the profile should share a business name. A product you no longer carry has to leave the site. Occupied-house installs should say what the household lives with during the work. The recommendation fails when someone wanted tile and you only do vinyl, and nobody wrote that down.
