Spas
When they ask AI which spa to book
People ask for a massage this weekend, a couples booking, a prenatal session, or a facial before an event. They want the length, the price range, and whether a license is behind the table. A page of calm language does not answer that.
The treatment is the query
The questions are deep tissue, a 60 or 90 minute massage, a facial, a couple’s room, pregnancy, hot stone, or a membership. People ask if you are a day spa or if you also do nails and hair. They ask about gratuity, cancellation, and whether a gift card is easy to book. Hotel guests ask what is inside the building versus a separate studio down the street.
List what is on the menu
Publish the services, the durations you offer, and a plain price range. Name the hours and how far ahead you book. Say who performs the work and that they are licensed. If you do not do a medical treatment, do not let the wording imply that you do. Med spas and day spas answer different questions, and mixing them sends the wrong guest. Parking and a suite number belong next to the address.
Policies are part of the answer
Cancellation windows, age rules, and what a couple’s booking actually includes should be on the page. Reviews that mention a specific treatment and a Saturday booking are the proof an assistant can cite. Photos of the room should match the room a guest will enter. An old menu with a treatment you dropped should come down.
Keep the menu true
Sigma keeps the spa’s public facts aligned so an assistant recommends the treatments you still offer. Citations start at $99 a month. Be the answer is $249 a month. Lead generation and advertising each start at $5,000 a month and are separate.
The menu, the license, and the couple’s room
Durations and a price range should sit next to each treatment you want to be booked for. Say who is licensed to do the work. A couple’s booking needs to say whether it is one room and what is included. Prenatal, hot stone, and a facial are different appointments. If you also do nails or hair, label those so a massage guest knows what they are walking into. Cancellation windows and age rules belong on the page an assistant can read. Gift cards should say how to book them. Do not let medical words creep in if you are not a med spa. When a treatment leaves the menu, delete it everywhere, including old photos with that name in a caption. The suite and the parking decide whether a hotel guest finds you. Hours must include the last start time if it is earlier than close.
Be the local business when they ask. Citation build-out starts at $99/mo. Be the answer is $249/mo. Lead generation and advertising each start at $5,000/mo.
