Claude

What Claude needs before it names you

Claude will name a local business when it can point to a reason. Consistent facts, recent proof, and a clear description of the work. It will not invent that reason for you.

An assistant needs a citation, not a wish

Ask Claude for a plumber, a dentist, or a shop nearby and it tries to justify the pick. Hours that match. Reviews that mention the actual service. A page that says you do the thing the person asked for. Without that, you are a guess, and assistants are careful with guesses.

Proof that sounds like a customer

Reviews and answers matter when they mention the job, the neighborhood, and the result. “Great service” is weak. “They replaced our water heater the same day in the east side” is something an assistant can repeat. You cannot write the customer’s words, but you can ask for them and make the rest of the record just as specific.

No one can promise the sentence

No ethical partner can guarantee that Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini will use a particular sentence. What can be built is the record those systems cite. When the facts agree, your business is easy to trust and easy to name.

The same standard for every trade

Home services, clinics, fitness, professional offices, retail, restaurants. Claude does not need a different theory for each one. It needs a business a neighbor could describe in one breath: what you do, where you are, when you are open, and why someone would choose you.
