Dentists

When they ask AI which dentist to call

People ask for a dentist when something hurts, when a child needs a first visit, or when they just moved and need someone who takes their plan. The assistant looks for an office it can describe, not a logo.

The ask is urgent or it is a start

The questions are specific. Who takes new patients. Who sees kids. Who can get someone in for a broken tooth this week. Who offers sedation. Who is open on Saturday. Which office is near a particular neighborhood. People also ask about cleanings, implants, and Invisalign as if those were separate businesses. If you do only some of that, say so. An assistant that cannot tell a general office from a specialty clinic will hesitate or name someone clearer.

Facts a patient can check

Publish the dentists’ names, the services you perform in the office, and the services you refer. State whether you are taking new patients, which plans you are in network with, and how an emergency call works after hours. Hours should include the days you do not see patients. The phone on the website, the Google profile, and the insurance directories should be the same number. A suite number matters when the building has more than one clinic.

Pages that answer the visit

A page for new patients, a page for emergencies, and a page for children will be cited more often than a single paragraph about gentle care. Say what to bring, how long a first visit takes, and whether you see uninsured patients. Reviews that mention a cleaning, a same-week visit, or a nervous patient are useful. Reviews that only say staff was nice are harder for an assistant to attach to a service.

The office changes, the record should too

A new associate, a dropped plan, a Saturday that ended. Sigma keeps the dental record current so the next local question can name your office. Citations start at $99 a month. Be the answer is $249 a month. Leads and advertising are separate offers at $5,000 a month each.

The call a new patient makes

State, in the first screen, whether you are taking new patients and for which ages. List the services you do in the office and the ones you refer, especially implants, sedation, and orthodontics if people assume you do all three. Saturday hours are a yes or a no. Emergency instructions should say what after hours means: a phone that is answered, a message that waits until morning, or a partner clinic. Insurance belongs as a list you update, not as most plans. The suite number and the door, parking garage or street, decide whether a nervous patient finds you. Name the dentists. A page for children and a page for a broken tooth should not be the same gentle paragraph. When an associate leaves or a plan is dropped, change the record that week so the assistant stops offering a visit you cannot book.
